5 x 1km intervals with 2 mins recovery. With Aurelien again. Wanted to keep the same level as last week or improve. Lot of people walking and cycling which put us off rhythm a bit. First rep was slower than expected (3:45) so knew we had to pick it up from there. 2nd was a solid 3:40 before I took it out too fast on the 3rd (3.33). The last 2 were hard as a result and the 3:37 for the 4th was hard work. As usual we can always do a fast last one but when I was finished I was wrecked. Really good session but slow jog home
