Notes

First spinning class in Newpark gym. New bikes etc. Did a weights workout beforehand and I think they go well together as most of my gym workout is upper body. Spinning was tough enough but I pushed hard so happy. No niggles anywhere.

Think the weights followed by spinning is a great session as I always thought the weights on their own weren't enough
