Notes

Better session in the pool. Still focusing on technique no only doing 2 lengths at a time. Think I could do a bit more but happy to be working on swimming properly before really putting in the lengths. Got a few tips again from the coach (breathe when arm is stretched out in front of you and dig down with hand to start pushing back on the water straight away).

Tried that along with keeping the head down and not kicking to the side. It will take a while to remember everything but progress ok so far. Managed 40 lengths which is the furtherst I've swam this year so happy with that
