Good cardio session in the gym after work:
Bike - 10 mins
Threadmill: 30 mins
Cross Trainer: 20 mins
Bike: 5 mins warm down
The 30 mins run was pretty good - I didn't have any real problems with my calf which is a first in a while. Want to keep pushing up the levels of cardio work in the gym while slowly increasing my runs. Once my calf is 100% I will replace some of these session with runs outside
Was zonked after the cross trainer - really put a lot of effort into the bike, run and cross trainer
