Notes
2nd part of a 75 min long run. Did first 4km with Zoe and them last part on my own. Staring with Zoe is great for these long runs as it makes sure I go slow and am full of energy for the whole run. First time at 75 mins and delighted with the run. Thought I was running much faster but not too worried with the slow pace - more interested in getting the 75 mins completed. Absolutely no issues with knee or anything else and felt very fresh when I finished. Good run overall
