Not a great run at all. The plan was to run 100 mins but I ran into problems before half way. Started off using my Hyperspeeds to see if they could be ok for the HM but after about 40 mins I started to feel problems with my blister, the base of the big toe on my right foot and worst of all my left calf. I went back to the house for my Mizunos and that solved the blister problem. The toe prob eased after I massaged it a bit but the calf didn't improve. I stopped several times to stretch it but nothing worked. It was a pity as my HR was really low and I was feeling fine - I was breathing easy as well but the whole first 40 mins I was conscious that my feet were getting more and more under pressure. Towards the end I decided to stop at 80 mins rather than run the risk of a calf injury. Disappointed not to reach 100 mins but 80 is ok and hopefully my calf, blister and toe will heal up soon
