4th run this week and 2nd day in a row so ran very slow and treated it completely like an easy recovery run. Legs quite tired from the training this week but once again no issues other than slightly stiff right calf. Blister on right foot a plain in the ass but manageable. Great weeks training overall considering this is my first week since hurting my hamstring a few weeks ago. Ran with Jan again on Tramore beach - lovely surface when tide is out
