Notes
Interval session with Waterford AC. 1400m x 2 (2 mins recovery), 1000m x 2 (2 mins recovery), 800m x 4 (90 sec recovery). Ran with the 2nd group and was pretty much leading them in most of the reps bar one guy. Got into a good rhythm on most of the runs and finished strong on each one. Felt pretty strong considering first session in a long time. Route was pretty tough, on grass. Goose session overall and will hopefully stick it out and try to get 5km/10km times down.
