Notes

Good session in the gym. Started off with the bike before trying the threadmill. Wanted to get through 30 mins running with no problems but was feeling quite good on the threadmill (helped with the Kings of Leon on the headphones) - decided to try for 40 mins and even picked the pace up from 10.0 to 11.1 for the last 10 mins. Was even tempted to go to 45 mins but was feeling a bit tired so stopped at 40 mins. Delighted that calf ok - finished on the vross trainer more as a warm down rather than pushing it too much

Bike: 10 mins

Threadmill: 40 mins

Cross trainer: 10 mins
