Notes
3 x 1 mile hill intervals with 90 secs recovery. The others were doing continous laps but as this was our first session so Oscar and I did 3 intervals with 90 secs recovery. The lap has one big hill and one less severe one but it really does take it out on the legs. The first lap was a bit too fast and I suffered a bit on the next two. I had planned to do 4 laps but the legs were tired so left it at two. When we do the continous laps our times should only be 10 - 15 secs slower.
