Notes
Long run. Knee was pretty tight to start off which was a bit unusual as it's been strong recently. Was thinking of stopping but decided to give it a few mins to see if would loosen up and it did after 10 mins or so. Started off faster than I had planned and felt good but did tire a bit in the middle. Picked it up well over the last few km's and finished strong. Might do an easy week soon as (just 2-3 easy runs) as body is a little tired from 5 weeks good training in a row.
