Took quite a while to get into this run, felt quite weird but got into it later in the run. Still overall wasn't a run where I felt comfortable on but glad to get through it to keep the mileage ticking over. Took an old pair of Kayano's from the attic that haven't been used in years. A few years ago I would only run 400 miles or so with any pair of shoes but now I think they can be used until they feel worn down - my wave riders have over 600 miles on them at the moment. Overall not a fluid run but good speed, good hr and good start to the week
