Monday morning swim. Trying to get used to covering the distance a bit better before working on technique. Did 30 lengths again. First 12 lengths were done 2 at a time. Then I did 4 laps and another 4 laps. Finished up with 10 laps without stopping. Another swim or two I should be able to worry less about breathibng and being wrecked in the pool and focus more on technique which is brutal at the moment :)
