Realise I've been neglecting the long runs this year so have decided as much as possible to go long on Thursdays. Ideally would have liked an extra lap but probably better off building upon slowly. 13km is a really good place to start so will try build slowly from here. Felt good the whole way but kept the pace manageable. Tired a bit on the last lap so decided not to do any more.
