Notes

Decent enough effort in the pool compared to my feeble efforts over the last few trips. Still only doing 2 lengths at a time but feeling slightly stronger this week. 30 lengths was ok but need to bump up to 40 - 60 quite soon. Must focus on my form as well and unless I go swimming at least 3 times a week I wont improve...
