Easy recovery run after intervals yesterday. wanted to go as slow as possible to ensure it was really a recovery run. Kept an eye on my HR the whole way and happy to see it always around the mid 140's. Pretty miserable day out with wind and rain but 2 days off before Parkrun on Saturday so should be fresh. Right calf tight again and stopped a few times to stretch it out. Very relaxed run and need to keep the HR low on runs like this especially after sessions the day before
