Notes

1st swim in a long long time after making tentative plans to do a sprint triathlon in September. Tough and tiring getting back into it. Swan 2 laps at a time for 20 lengths with a break between every 2 lengths. I was struggling to get through the full 20 lengths but I'm sure it will get easier. Tried to remember all the tips for swimming properly but will need to brush up on them again.
