Another 10 mins or so added onto our long run. We went to Phoenix Park and did a mixture of trails, grass and roads. We were pretty much running into the wind during the first half of the run and most of the hills were early as well so we started out cautiously to make sure we didn't suffer later in the run. Felt confortable right from the off and even on the hills I was feeling pretty strong. Picked the pace up nice and gradually on the way back and the average speed dropped without much effort. We were down hill and with the wind on the way back which made it easier to get over the 80 mins without too much probs. Last few mins I upped the pace a small bit and it felt a bit tough but I was strong all the way to the finish. Best run I've had in a long long time and delighted to get through 80 + mins. Roll on the HM in March !!!
