2nd run this week. Body very sore after gym session yesterday so quite sore to start off with. Really slow pace and it was a good 20-25 mins before I loosened up a bit. From there it was ok enough until the last 5 mins or so when I took a short break to watch footie. ran home with no real problems. deserve a day off tomorrow after 3 tough days training
