Tramore Park Run. Really perfect morning for a race, cool and no breeze. Zoe ran with me (New pb of 29:29 !!!). Couple of good runners from Waterford so slotted in beside another fella for the first km. Forced myself to slow down as I didn't want to tire. Got pacing pretty good and was able to pick pace up as race went on. Passed by guy in 3rd with 1.5km to go but another guy passed me (flying) so was back to 4th. I was strong on the finish but very difficult to run through the car park due to huge puddles. Probably lost 15 or so seconds dodging puddles before putting the foot down for a good finish. Very happy with the race as didn't feel wrecked afterwards
