Waterford Half Marathon - ran with Jan. Probably the best paced long race that I've ever done. Kept a really good control of the pace the whole was and as a result was able to finish very strongly over the last few km's. Looking at my km splits I wasn't under my 95min target until near the end. Very good negative splits. Felt great right throughout the race and can't remember a tough part at all. Quite a hilly course and reasonably tough day to run fast. Really happy to finally have a proper HM under my belt after messing up Dublin and Vito in the past. Chip time would have seen me better than 231st but chip results not released. Started way back and as a result was avoiding people for a long part of the race.
