Mountain bike spin with Dave on holidays in France. Dave is a bit of an expert on the mountain bike and even though I had the better bike I really struggled to keep up with him. As the spin on my own there was a lot of in and out of woods and we spent time on the roads as well. Short enough spin but pushed hard enough at different points
