Notes

Not great but first swim in a while. As always will have to build up slowly again. Pain in my back from running the other day made it uncomfortable so kept training to a minimum. Did 20 lengths trying to focus on technique but wasn't great and every time I rotated my body I got a dart of pain in my back. Good to get back in the water but will need at least 30 lengths next time
