Notes

First run since hurting my calf playing hurling. Not in great shape so just wanted to get the run out of the way without any calf problems. Shaky start while my legs loosened up but after that got into a good rhythm. probably went a bit faster that ideal but was happy. Towards the end I started to get tired and the last 8 - 10 mins were a bit tougher than normal but ok. When I finished I had a strain in my left hamstring (up high) which was frustrating but hopefully its minor. Breathing was good throughout run as well
