2nd swim of the week. Once again focused on technique for the first 20 lengths but felt pretty lethargic to be honest. I think I have a good idea what I should be doing but I think it will just take a lot of practice before I see results. counted the number of strokes the good swimmers were taking oer length and it was generally between 25 - 27. I was a minimum of 31 per length so obviously quite a way to go. After the 20 lengths stopping every 2 lengths I did 10 non stop which was pretty good. Overall part of my attempt to slowly ramp up my swimming while focusing on technique at the same time
