Notes

Interval session ion the track. Plan was to do 400m, 600m, 800m, 1km, 1km, 800m, 600m, 400m. Tired right from the start and bombed out of the session on the 3rd last rep (800m). Not too worried as I normally don't bomb out of sessions.
