5 x 1km intervals with 2 mins recovery (with Aurelien). Started with a 2km warm up and then into the intervals. Felt bad on the warm up but once the intervals started I felt very strong. Felt very strong and smooth on each interval and never under any pressure - probably the smoothest interval session I've done recently and felt like I was in control all the way. 3 with the wind and 2 against.
