Was shooting for 5 min/mile pace per interval. Ended up with 5:15 pace for entire interval workout, but felt good overall. Others are running really strong right now.

Chased Festus, Matt, Bash, and Fil for the intervals. Huge ass group tonight, but mainly because Ass Crack was there. Touch my phone again and I'll feed you to Nathan.
