Fantastic 4 x 1 mile workout with the hardy boys tonight: IB, Sully, Camel, and The Greek God of Running. Used the Bedford High Track since all of the indoor tracks were closed for school vacation. 10 mile warmup, 4 x 1 (6, 6, 5:53, 5:26), 2 mile cooldown. Just wanted to lock in marathon pace at this point, but the youngins really pushed the pace. Youth is wasted on the young I say. Beautiful night. Ran most of my warmup on pitch black Minuteman bike trail to get use to night running at Rocky. I am now about a dozen miles behind IB for the year. Taking him down.
