YTDHM1 (8 mile warmup, 3 mile workout, 2.1 cooldown). Frickin saweet workout tonight with a huge group of boys and girls from GLRR. OK. DEEP BREATH: Matt The Fahking Machine T., WB, Fil, IronBash, Robokid, Liane, Ally Pine Cone, Amanda, Coach, Glenn, Sheila, Ray, Matt S, Linda, Jessica, Paul, Nick, Bob, Dana, Scott, Obewan Keith, Tom, Lynn, and of course, Ass Crack. Devilish workout tonight. 3 x 600, 400, 400, 200. Splits: 1:57, 74, 75, 35; 1:55, 75, 75, 35; 1:53, 75, 73, 33. Everyone in my group took their turn trying to destroy each other. Almost worked. One of my more consistent workouts. Final tuneup before BU mile on Saturday and Yulefest 5K on Sunday. Looking to PR in both.
