Notes

Late start to track tonight, so only got in a 1 mile warmup. First serious workout since Bermuda: 800, 1200, 1200, 800, 400, 400 ladder. Gotta love the ladders! Very consistent workout with WB and The Kid. 2:45, 4:20, 4:18, 2:44, 1:15, 1:12. Hammy felt a little tight during the first part of the first 800 mainly due to the shortened warmup, but all systems were a go after that. Felt really strong during the 1200's and the second to last 400. Felt extremely strong during the 2 mile cool down, probably a little too fast for a cool down. Feeling good heading into Spartan Race this weekend and RR100 next weekend. Looking forward to officialy start training for Boston shortly thereafter.
