stopped by walden on the way home from work to test the waters after all of the rain. water temp warmer than air temp (68). went across and back. had a slight panic attack halfway across, but managed to calm myself down to finish the swim without further incident. i guess that's why we train. shoulders still sore from 100 mile ride, but icy water helped.
