YTDOhDearLord #3. Date night with IronBash. PK and WB opted for the sunset start, so we started out before them. 3 miles to warm up, 8 miles of Arlington hills, 3 miles to cool down. Lost track of how many hills we had done after 12. Garmin needs a hill counter function. IB ran well, but is only at about 50% recovered. Already kicking ass again. scary. MDI will be easy compared to this workout. Caught a screening of Bicycle Dreams with IB and Run with Ken after the workout. Good documentary about RAAM. 3000+ miles in under 12 days. Crazy bikers.
