Nice and easy Boston Massacre run after final swim lesson. Wanted some scenery for this run so I went into Boston for 13.1 miles around the Charles on a beautiful morning. Lotsa of folks out. Goal was to deplete the reserves before buildup. Felt great over the first 8 close to marathon pace. Still had a lot left in the tank so I headed over to Beacon Hill to do 6 x repeats to burn off the fumes. Excellent .25 hill for speed with a steady elevation gain. Cooled down over the final 1.5 to get in the half marathon. Now I'm tired.
