run off of the bike. was shooting for sub 7's on all miles, but that didn't happen. 10 @ 6:49 pace. one energy bar, 3 grapes, and 1 GU for today's bike and run workout. will need to make it 6 grapes for the race. 91 degrees out at the start of run. farmer's almanac says it's going to be warmer on aug 19th, so i better get use to it now. time to taper for timberman. allentown marathon training kicks off tomorrow evening.
