final solid, hard track session before the big dance with boston. 2m warmup, 6 x 12's, 2m cooldown with PK, WB, GGoR, BD, Chuck Wagon (CW), Scott, and Paul. someone must have pissed in coach's coffee this morning because he made us do an extra interval. overall workout came out to just a tad over marathon pace. one more long run and it's taper time.
