just one of those training days where everything just falls into place and everyone's schedule just worked out perfectly.
18+ miles with my crow and hfc teammates, reno and justin r. in and around reno's neighborhood. justin and i are now 1-1-1 on the season. looking forward to our next meetup. very windy loop (reno's not kidding when he says that in his log). then drove up to wilmington for 5k with glrr teammate shanahan. race was sold out so i just jumped in without a number to get some speed work in. unofficially 4th overall. hell of a run by mike for a 5k pr. joseph koech was 1st overall. headed down to lexington to meet up with honey b, allyson, and mottram for some awesome trail running around walden. it was a good day and thanks to everyone for putting up with my madness. concludes best training weekend in awhile. 50 bike, 30 run. ready to bring it to the next level for cranberry and timberman.
