Nice and easy run in and around all of creation (Lexington) to get in 6.5 with 33% of the SF Marathon crew including Fil. Let's just say we spent more time getting dehydrated at Mario's than we did running.
Beautiful night for the run. Opted to wear the VFF's to stay on my toes and off of the bruised heel.
Busy weekend ahead of work, running, racing with the bestest friends around. LOVE IT!
