fantastic 14 mile run with mikeymike, ej, and sully on ej's home turf in arlington/winchester. oh, what? it was a 16 mile run? ridiculously hilly run with some headwind for good measure. had an emergency evacuation at mile 14 (damn you, mile 14). this is one of those runs you don't forget when times get tough during a race. definitely put some hairs on my chest. concludes another 30+ mile weekend.
