Another beautiful spring evening in New England, low 50's! Took advantage of it with AC before track. 12 before track, 10 x 400 workout (averaged out to be 75's with last interval at 69...hehe), 2 cooldown. Record breaking night as far number of folks at track. Go Go Gadget Memory Recall: Iron BAshley (2), WB, Fil, AC, EZ, Amanda, Glenn, Matt S, Dennis, Matt Th., Robokid, Frank the Tank, Tom, Coach, Marathon Linda, Jessica, Dave, Iron Pam, Bob, Kali (sorry for butchering your name), Ally Pine Cone, Nick, Scott X, Dana X, Liane, Stephanie, Obewan, Ray, and Sheila. That makes 30 folks on a 4 lane, 145 meter track! Maybe we should think about renting out BU for GLRR track.
