4 x 1's tonight with another good group of road runners: WB, IB, PK, GGoR, Lynn, Ben, Chuck, Paul, Liane, Candice, Ally, Obe, Frank, Amanda, El Presidente (splits), and even Steve G. made a special cameo to put on the running clinic. Got Fil'ed on the last interval by Gendron going 5:01. He still couldn't beat my mile PR though...
