This was part of a brick session. Good solid session followed by a 16 min run.

For this run; was suppose to run at 3:45 pace for first 6 mins. Unable to achieve this though was all under 4:00 pace, at times was at 3:50 pace. The followup 10 mins at rpe15 was done relatively easy.
