Session called for 10 min warm up, 2 x (5 x 5 min at 110rpm, 2 min recovery), 10 min warm down.
Must set up watch properly on the lap screen to also include the cadence (don't need the gradient that is there at the moment). I couldn't tell what the cadence was, just pedalled harder and it appears it averaged out at 100rpm for each 5 min segment). Still a tough'ish type session for close on 1hr 30 mins.
Starting to get use to the saddle.
