Solid run with Megan!!!
10 mile progression run with the pace decreasing by 10 seconds every 2 miles...
Pace initially felt fairly easy, but as we ratcheted down, it started to weigh on me a bit. Megan certainly dropped the hammer in that last mile and left me in the dust! I guess having run more of Ron's workouts over the last few months she is in better shape for them. I hope that I can round back into shape so that we can help each other (read -- I can keep helping her).
