felt good. nice to use the pole #s (all of the telephone poles around the lake are consecutively numbered) to know where i was and how close to the finish. the grotto is at the 0 mark and i run from top down so as i near 0 i know i am almost done. felt pretty good. looking forward to an easy rest day tommorow.
