just walk. Left calf is sore again. I hate this. Have to walk for a week try to get on bike trainer when I get home for aerobic conditioning. I can't stand taking it easy but I know that in the past that has worked, and all of the running wisdom of the past says that in the case that regular workouts are painful due to injury that a bit of ease will be more beneficial for a while rather than trying to push too hard and causing greater injury. Must let body heal. It's only been one day and already I am dying to run again. It is like I am afraid that I will never be able to run again and I just want to be sure I can still do it. But right now I can't without it hurting. I know in my head that it will heal and everything will go back to normal but my heart still worries. Sick! I get so depressed when I can't run.
