Notes

Planned 14.5 but cut out the last 4, just wasn't feeling it. Have been pushing a lot of miles since the beginning of the year and the legs are starting to get tired. still will end up with 67+ miles this week. Trying to listen a little to the legs, and to my head that says I need also to rest. NO major breaks though. Good hard work now through Shamrock, then start to fine tune it for the month leading into Boston. Lots of great runs recently, legs are probably still a little tired from the harder workouts early in the week.
