first 10.5 - 1:21:16 (7:45)/ next 4 - 32:23 (8:06) / last 10.5 - 1:27:05 (8:18)
quite warm out / had fluid an gel about every 5 miles.
it sprinkled a little after 11 miles and on and off for rest of run.
overall pretty good for a training run.
would have made 3:30 marathon
