For all intents and purposes this was my two mile time trial. I did a time trial a couple days ago and I improved 20 seconds this time just by running more consistent splits. These were my first two times ever running two mile time trials so that was new!! It was difficult but after i stopped i felt like i could have run another mile. I want a faster time for sure but progress is progress.
Side note : i did this on the trail amd partly in my neighborhood so my route ended on an uphill
