Notes

For all intents and purposes this was my two mile time trial. I did a time trial a couple days ago and I improved 20 seconds this time just by running more consistent splits. These were my first two times ever running two mile time trials so that was new!! It was difficult but after i stopped i felt like i could have run another mile. I want a faster time for sure but progress is progress.

Side note : i did this on the trail amd partly in my neighborhood so my route ended on an uphill

Ending on uphills is my LIFE on home runs. I like to think it makes me stronger.

Also this is a super good time trial! That's something I did myself--focusing on splits helps me keep my pace under control which makes my trials faster. I haven't noticed before that you'd been logging notes which is nice because I've been missing you at practice!

Thank you I wasn't sure what a good goal time was ! And I like the hill for that reason. It's tiring but at least I'm done afterwards.

I only figured out how to view other's notes last week so I just started adding! I was going to come to today's practice until I had a medical emergency! I burned my eyes with jalapeƱos. Lol. Not fun.

Can't wait for preseason to start :)
