Notes

First run after a week's rest with tingling and discomfort in nerve under outside of right heel. Sought physio in Cardiff and was told that my glutes are very weak, and running with my foot turned out has developed my calf muscles unevenly so that one of them is impacting on the nerve. Given calf raises, squats, lunges to do and told to try and keep my foot straight whilst doing them, and run "at five to one, not ten to two".
